Order Confirmation & Checkout Responsibility

By completing checkout, you confirm that all order details — including size, color, quantity, and shipping address — are correct. Orders cannot be changed, canceled, or modified once placed.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons including but not limited to:

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

Fit or preference issues

Ordering the wrong item

Shipping delays caused by carriers

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing sizing charts, product descriptions, and order details prior to checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted outside this timeframe will not be reviewed.

To be eligible for consideration:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Original packaging must be intact

Clear photo or video evidence must be provided

If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued at our sole discretion.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once tracking information confirms delivery.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method only. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Chargebacks or payment disputes submitted for reasons that conflict with this policy — including sizing errors, fit issues, or buyer’s remorse — may be formally contested using order confirmation records, delivery confirmation, and this policy as supporting documentation.
